Sheldon visits Old City Philly
Last year when we visited the Constitution Center with our friends Carolyn and Nick, William walked up to a pay phone and picked up the hand piece. He looked at it long and hard. Mary looked over and said "come on William, hand that up and lets go." Will tried to put it back pushing up against the phone box. He tried to hang it on the side and on the top. Then we realized that this may have been the first time that he had ever seen such a phone and had no idea what to do with it! This is the spot where the phone was. Now it is truely a thing of the past.

It wouldn't be a visit to Philly if there weren't some grungy back alleys.

These were the firemarks that were placed on the houses in old Philadelphia. The house that I lived in Germantown way back in college still had one of these on it!
