This is a very common sight in horse country. Basically, it is saying that if you ride a horse and fall off and break your neck, it is your responsibility. This, by the way, the the view at the end of Apple Grove Road.

This is the opposite end of the bridge. It seems that the truck that hit it got it coming and going. Its a wonder that the entire bridge didn't fall over.
